Connect 21 was born on the world’s biggest stage: Expo 2020 Dubai. As a subsidiary of Expo City Dubai, we were entrusted with a mission never attempted at this scale, delivering seamless, secure, and reliable technology infrastructure for 192 country pavilions and 24+ million visitors over 182 days. وُلدت كونكت21 على أكبر مسرح في العالم: إكسبو 2020 دبي. كشركة تابعة لإكسبو سيتي دبي، كُلِّفنا بمهمة لم يُجرَب مثيلها بهذا الحجم: تقديم بنية تحتية تقنية سلسة وآمنة وموثوقة لـ 192 جناحًا وطنيًا وأكثر من 24 مليون زائر على مدار 182 يومًا.

Foundation & Vision التأسيس والرؤية

Connect 21 was established as a subsidiary of Expo City Dubai with a singular mission: to design and deliver world-class technology infrastructure for Expo 2020. Our founding team brought together experts from Cisco, Microsoft, and regional technology leaders creating the foundation for what would become a leading UAE technology solutions provider. تأسست كونكت21 كشركة تابعة لإكسبو سيتي دبي بمهمة واحدة: تصميم وتقديم بنية تحتية تقنية عالمية المستوى لإكسبو 2020. جمع فريقنا المؤسس خبراء من Cisco وMicrosoft وقادة التكنولوجيا الإقليميين، مؤسسين أساس ما أصبح لاحقًا أحد أبرز مزوّدي حلول التكنولوجيا في الإمارات.

Building the Impossible بناء المستحيل

Despite global challenges, our team worked tirelessly to deploy 15,000+ WiFi access points, lay hundreds of kilometers of fiber optic cable, and establish a Network Operations Center. Expo 2020 opened to the world on October 1, 2021. For 182 consecutive days, our infrastructure performed flawlessly. We achieved 99.999% network uptime across all 192 pavilions, zero security breaches or data incidents, and maintained security operations center coverage with less than 15-minute average response time. افتتح إكسبو 2020 أبوابه للعالم في 1 أكتوبر 2021. على مدار 182 يومًا متتاليًا، عملت بنيتنا التحتية بلا عيب. حققنا وقت تشغيل شبكة 99.999٪ لجميع الأجنحة الـ 192، وصفر انتهاكات أمنية أو حوادث بيانات، مع تغطية مركز عمليات أمنية على مدار الساعة بمتوسط استجابة أقل من 15 دقيقة.

With Expo’s success, demand for our expertise surged. We began serving enterprise clients across the UAE, delivering the same level of excellence that made Expo 2020 legendary. Selected as the technology partner for COP28 UAE, we once again demonstrated our capability to deliver mission-critical COP28 digital infrastructure for global events.
